Unless you opt for a yearly payment, you will be charged once a month, 30 days after you become a premium member, based on the number of websites you added to WP Umbrella. The amount is calculated on a pro-rata basis.
You can prepay at least one year of service from your subscription page and receive an automatic 10% discount. The prepaid balance is then deducted monthly from your account, so you won't receive monthly invoices as long as funds are available. If your balance runs out, your account simply switches back to standard monthly billing until you top up again.
You can cancel your subscription at any moment.

No, adding users is free. Invite as many team members as you need, we'll never charge for that.
Hourly Backups and Site Protect are optional add-ons and not included in the base price. The 2€ per-site subscription still includes backups (daily, weekly, and monthly), core security monitoring (PHP errors, uptime, SSL and domain checks, alerts, and security reporting), as well as all other standard WP Umbrella features.
Every WP Umbrella user gets access to expert WordPress support, regardless of account size. Agencies managing more than 200 sites can also request access to a dedicated Slack channel for direct communication with our team.
