I used ManageWP for years, but I felt like it just got outdated. I had issues with their support which made me lose hope and that's when I moved to WP Umbrella.

Our pricing is intentionally simple. We don't lock features behind tiers, charge per team member, or add hidden limits. Your monthly price only depends on how many sites you manage, plus two optional per-site add-ons (Security and Hourly Backups) for the sites that need them, so it grows with your business instead of creating new constraints.
Your trial runs for 14 days with full feature access. No credit card required to start. At the end, you can pick a payment method or cancel. We never auto-charge a card we don't have.
Unless you opt for a yearly payment, you will be charged once a month, 30 days after you become a premium member, based on the number of websites you added to WP Umbrella. The amount is calculated on a pro-rata basis.
You can prepay at least one year of service from your subscription page and receive an automatic 10% discount. The prepaid balance is then deducted monthly from your account, so you won't receive monthly invoices as long as funds are available. If your balance runs out, your account simply switches back to standard monthly billing until you top up again.
You can cancel your subscription at any moment.
Yes, WP Umbrella is GDPR compliant. We are an EU-based company. We own our servers in France, and we only store data that is strictly necessary for the functioning of the service. We do not sell data, and we never will.
Your pricing updates automatically. When you add a site, it's included in your next invoice. When you remove a site, you stop paying for it. Your costs always stay predictable and adapt to the number of sites you manage.
No, adding users is free. Invite as many team members as you need, we'll never charge for that.
Only two optional add-ons: the Security add-on and Hourly Backups. The €1.99 per-site subscription includes everything else: backups (daily, weekly, and monthly), vulnerability monitoring checked every 6 hours with one-click fixing updates, security hardening toggles, Site Health checks, uptime, PHP error, and performance monitoring, white-label client reports, and all other standard WP Umbrella features.
Four components, enabled together: a firewall with virtual patching (powered by Patchstack) that blocks known exploits before the fixing update is available, a malicious-IP blocklist learned across the whole WP Umbrella network, a Security-Driven Activity Log that detects attacks with evidence, and daily malware scanning with cleanup on demand. It costs 2€ or $2 per site per month, so you can protect the sites that need it without paying for the ones that don't.
Every WP Umbrella user gets access to expert support for WordPress, regardless of account size. Agencies managing more than 200 sites can also request access to a dedicated Slack channel for direct communication with our team.
