1. Publisher Identity

The website and the WP UMBRELLA Solution are published by LIVEN STUDIO. LIVEN STUDIO is a simplified joint-stock company with a share capital of 2353 euros, registered in the Lyon Trade and Companies Register under number 901 423 434, with its registered office located at 4 rue de République, 69001 Lyon, represented by its president Aurelio Volle. 2. Services Offered

The WP UMBRELLA Solution is aimed at freelance developers or web agencies that create and/or maintain WordPress websites. The WP UMBRELLA Solution allows them to maintain WordPress sites and to perform automatic and regular backups of the sites and to generate maintenance reports for their clients.

3. Director of Publication

The Director of Publication is Mr. Aurelio Volle, CEO.

4. Hosting

The hosting of the site is carried out by Kinsta Inc., 8605 Santa Monica Blvd #92581 West Hollywood, CA 90069, United States. The WP UMBRELLA application is hosted by Scaleway – 8 rue de la Ville l’Évêque, 75008 Paris on French servers.

5. Intellectual Property

LIVEN STUDIO holds the intellectual property rights allowing it to grant the user the right to access and use the website and the WP UMBRELLA Solution. The user acknowledges and accepts that this does not confer any property rights on the site and the Solution and more broadly on the intellectual property elements of LIVEN STUDIO. The provision of these elements should not be construed as the transfer of any intellectual property rights, in the sense of the French Intellectual Property Code. Thus, the right of access and use granted to them is exclusive of any transfer of intellectual property rights. This particularly concerns the rights referred to in articles L 122-1, L 122-6, L 122-7 of the Intellectual Property Code. The user is informed that the licensing conditions of the website and the WP UMBRELLA plugin are those provided by the GNU General Public License v2 attached to WordPress, available at the following link: https://www.gnu.org/licenses/old-licenses/gpl-2.0.fr.html

6. User Commitments

The User is invited to consult the GTC-GTU applicable to the use of the WP UMBRELLA Solution. Furthermore, the User commits to:

  • not use the site to hinder or alter its functioning, particularly by cluttering it, voluntarily or involuntarily, with the untimely transfer of content, outside the intended use cases;
  • not extract, copy, duplicate, elements and graphics of the website, over which the publisher holds intellectual property rights;
  • not introduce malicious files/programs or files containing computer viruses;
  • not store, transmit unauthorized content, which would be illegal or could constitute an incitement to commit crimes and offenses, defamation and insults, invasion of privacy, or acts endangering minors;
  • not transmit content that would violate the right to the image, any intellectual property right, or any other right belonging to others.

7. Protection of Personal Data

In the context of using the site and the WP UMBRELLA Solution, LIVEN STUDIO may carry out the processing of personal data, either as a data controller or as a processor. The rules relating to the protection of personal data are provided in the Privacy Policy and in the personal data processing agreement.
