The WP UMBRELLA Solution is designed for professionals — freelance developers, web agencies and hosting providers — who build and maintain WordPress websites. It comprises: (i) a web application available at https://app.wp-umbrella.com/; (ii) a WordPress plugin freely downloadable from WordPress.org; and (iii) a public API and an MCP server providing programmatic access to account data. It enables in particular: automatic backups and restoration; uptime, performance and PHP error monitoring; known-vulnerability detection and security-hardening options; bulk updates of plugins, themes and WordPress core; white-label maintenance reports; an optional Security add-on (application firewall, malware scanning) and an optional Hourly Backups add-on; and one-off On-demand Services (Security Audit, Malware Removal). All services are provided under the conditions of the Terms and Conditions.

LIVEN STUDIO holds the intellectual property rights allowing it to grant the user the right to access and use the website and the WP UMBRELLA Solution. The user acknowledges and accepts that this does not confer any property rights on the site and the Solution and more broadly on the intellectual property elements of LIVEN STUDIO. The provision of these elements should not be construed as the transfer of any intellectual property rights, in the sense of the French Intellectual Property Code. Thus, the right of access and use granted to them is exclusive of any transfer of intellectual property rights. This particularly concerns the rights referred to in articles L 122-1, L 122-6, L 122-7 of the Intellectual Property Code. The user is informed that the licensing conditions of the website and the WP UMBRELLA plugin are those provided by the GNU General Public License v2 attached to WordPress, available at the following link: https://www.gnu.org/licenses/old-licenses/gpl-2.0.fr.html
The User’s obligations regarding Content, prohibited uses, security and use of the Solution are further governed by our terms and conditions.
In connection with the website and the WP UMBRELLA Solution, LIVEN STUDIO may process Personal Data either as a data controller or, where it processes Personal Data on behalf of a User, as a processor. Processing carried out by LIVEN STUDIO as a controller is governed by the Privacy Policy. Processing carried out by LIVEN STUDIO as a processor on behalf of a User is governed by the Data Processing Agreement (DPA). In the event of any conflict concerning processor processing, the DPA shall prevail in accordance with its terms.
The English version of this Legal Notice is authoritative and prevails over any other version.
