Comprehensive Update Tracking

We’ve now integrated the ability to track updates made outside of WP Umbrella directly into your reports. This means that any changes to your website—whether done from the WordPress backend or through WP Umbrella—will be automatically included in your reports, giving you a complete overview of your site’s activity.

This will make it easier for you to showcase all the maintenance tasks you’re performing on your clients’ websites, saving you valuable time when it comes to reporting.

Expanded FTP Compatibility for Restorations

We’re excited to announce that we’ve added FTP compatibility for website restorations. While we’ve always supported SFTP/FTPS, we’ve now included FTP for those cases where certain hosting providers don’t support the more secure protocols.

Adding your FTP, SFTP, or FTPS credentials to WP Umbrella will enhance the reliability and speed of both the restoration process and our safe update feature.

Client Role for Team Management

You can now invite your clients to WP Umbrella, giving them access to their backups and specific site data—without exposing the rest of your account.
