New 2FA Option: Authenticator Application

We’ve introduced a new two-factor authentication option to help secure your WP Umbrella account. You can now use Google Authenticator, 1Password, or any other authenticator app to add an extra layer of protection.

Revamped Uptime & Performance Monitoring Interface

Our uptime and performance monitoring features just got a major upgrade! The interfaces are now split into two sections, making it easier to edit settings and view your incident timeline at a glance.

These changes set the stage for future product updates like SSL certificate and domain expiry alerts and Google Page Speed monitoring for mobile.

Meet Doroteja: Our New Customer Support Specialist!

Big news! WP Umbrella is on the verge of hitting 40,000 active installs, and we’ve expanded our support team to keep up with the growing community.

Doroteja joins us with years of experience in WordPress support, including her time at ManageWP. From now on, she’ll be handling some of your tickets alongside Boris.
